Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking an E-commerce Intern to support Market Trading Activation, Group Merchandising, or Amazon teams. You will help ensure Dyson.com and Amazon product pages meet brand standards and are launch-ready, coordinating with agencies and translating localised content.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in product information management, quality checks, and cross-market updates, while collaborating with a global team to deliver premium online experiences.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Currently studying a relevant field such as marketing, business, digital commerce, communication, economics, or a related programme.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to execute tasks reliably.
  • Analytical, curious, and eager to understand how things work.
  • Detail-oriented, producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Digitally minded with an interest in learning e-commerce tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily pricing, promotions, product placement, and overall site merchandising.
  • Help manage SKU lifecycle, stock status, and accuracy of on-site commercial offers.
  • Build and update on-site content such as messages, banners, coupons, GWPs, and campaign modules.
  • Assist with maintaining and localising site content across markets, including translation coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality online customer experience.
  • Conduct QA checks, raise IT issues, and support testing of new website features (A/B tests, UAT/BVT).
  • Support SEO and search optimisation activities.
  • Provide merchandising support to Customer Service and help resolve site-related queries.
  • Analyse site and conversion data to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Assist in executing time-sensitive trading activity such as flash sales and promotional updates.
  • Support in building emails for CRM activations.
  • Support in maintaining the CRM roadmap to drive NPDs, key trading moments, owners exclusive and lifecycle/ onboarding emails.

We are aiming for this candidate to join in January. Our mission is to bring Dyson technology to life, to provide the imagery, films, content, experiences and service that explain our machines, their benefits and the problems they solve for our Owners. We create assets and journeys that help Owners discover, choose, purchase, learn about and solve issues they may have with our machines. As an E-commerce Intern,you’ll support either the Market Trading Activation team, Group Merchandising team or Amazon team, to ensure Dyson.com or Dyson product pages on Amazon meet brand standards and are launch-ready.You’llcoordinate with agency partners, manage product information, and focus on execution and quality control to deliver an outstanding Dyson shopping experience across our platforms.

What You’ll Gain:

This internship is offered under an internship agreement, and an internship allowance will be provided.
