Job summary

OpenUp is seeking a Head of Product to own the product portfolio from discovery to adoption, partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver impact for 600k+ users. You will balance strategic direction with hands-on leadership, building AI-enabled products and scalable processes.

You will manage a senior PM team, drive commercial outcomes, and collaborate with client teams to align roadmaps with market needs and customer value. This role is hybrid with international teams and a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams and owning a portfolio with commercial impact.
• Excellent English; Dutch or German is a plus.
• Strong ability to align strategy with execution and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own activation end to end and drive user adoption.
• Shape the product portfolio and launch new services.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap with clear bets and owners.
• Drive retention and revenue expansion with Sales and CS.
• Lead go-to-market inside client organizations with enablement.
• Build a scalable operating system for decision making.
