Job summary

OpenUp is a fast-growing international startup focused on mental well-being. As a hands-on People Generalist, you will own end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, with a primary focus on commercial hires, collaborating with TA, HR, and hiring managers including the Chief People Officer.

You will build proactive sourcing, leverage AI and automation, and shape the function with branding and process redesign, while delivering a positive candidate experience and aligning with our values of openness and

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in TA or agency recruitment.
• Experience in scale-ups or start-ups.
• Strong sourcing instincts across Boolean, X-ray, and creative channels.
• Confidence presenting data to senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and automation in recruitment.
• Comfort with executive backfills and new role builds.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles with a focus on commercial hires.
• Lead sourcing campaigns and build channels beyond searches.
• Leverage AI, automation, and workflows in hiring, training AI agents.
• Build talent communities and host events to access top candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide transparent data.
• Shape the function with employer branding and new processes.
• Deliver strong candidate experiences across role types.
• Stay ahead of TA changes and guide the team.
