Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a Director of Product Design for an established international B2C ecommerce company. You will lead a small design team, set the product design vision and elevate the customer experience across mobile and web.

This role is predominantly leadership, strategy and team development, while staying hands-on to guide key product decisions that impact conversion and revenue. A strong portfolio will demonstrate impact and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, including leadership roles
• Experience leading designers and building teams
• Strong B2C design experience across mobile and web
• Advanced use of AI in design workflows
• Proven ability to connect design outcomes to business metrics

Responsabilités

• Set the product design vision and strategy for mobile and web
• Coach and develop the design team
• Introduce AI workflows across prototyping, motion and production
• Strengthen customer research, usability testing and experimentation
• Link design decisions to conversion, retention and revenue
• Develop the design system for mobile and web
• Collaborate with product and senior leadership
