Job summary

Nebius is building a next-generation AI cloud platform. We seek a seasoned Platform Engineering leader to own and evolve the platform that sits between Nebius's core infrastructure and engineering teams, defining the platform, driving its roadmap, and leading the team that builds and operates it.

You will ensure reliability, scalability, and excellent developer experience while partnering with infrastructure, product, security, and finance to translate business needs into platform capabilities

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading platform engineering at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong product and engineering judgment; ability to translate requirements into platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a platform engineering team with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
• Own the platform strategy and end-to-end roadmap from tooling to internal APIs and self-service capabilities.
• Define and uphold platform reliability standards, with clear SLOs/SLAs for internal and external users.
