Qualifications

• Senior/lead backend engineer with leadership experience.
• Strong Go and Python backend expertise.
• Cloud-native, containerized architectures with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with secure auth/identity (IAM, Kerberos, OIDC, Keycloak).
• Proven track record delivering scalable, reliable software.
• Mentoring, code reviews, and engineering governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding growth and delivery.
• Set architectural direction for backend and distributed systems.
• Drive scalable cloud-native software delivery and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and leadership stakeholders.
• Promote best practices: testing, observability, documentation, deployment.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development.
