Job summary

JouwWeb (Webador) in Eindhoven seeks Head of People to shape the role and lead a lean HR team within a fast-growing SaaS company. You will sit in the Leadership Circle with the founder and drive a performance-driven culture, leadership development, and top-talent attraction, aligning HR initiatives with business value.

Fluent Dutch and English, hands-on, and ready to implement AI-enabled change across the organization on a hybrid schedule (24–32 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior people role within a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
• Ability to translate people initiatives into ROI and business impact.
• Approachable, collaborative, with strong documentation discipline.
• Hands-on and capable of driving projects independently.
• Daily use of AI to transform the way you work.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Available for 24–32 hours per week.
