The Role

• Act as a strategic partner to business teams, aligning analytics initiatives with commercial objectives and revenue drivers

• Influence senior stakeholders by presenting clear, insight-led recommendations that shape strategy and priorities

• Strong commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy within a data‑led environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop analytics teams, setting direction and maintaining high standards of output

• Solid understanding of key business metrics, revenue models, and performance drivers
• Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and visualisation platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Experience working with external data, market intelligence, or competitive benchmarking
• Structured, consulting‑style approach to problem solving and communication
