Job summary

ING Netherlands is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner for the Finance Business Advice (FBA) team. You will lead a team of product experts, drive strategy-to-implementation, and deliver high-quality financial guidance to the Executive Committee members across Banking products.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate data into sound recommendations, and help shape the targets and reporting for Wholesale Banking. Hybrid working and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business economics, business administration, or controlling, plus Executive Education.
• 7-15 years of experience in a financial advice position in a European financial institution.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking including product and balance sheet dynamics.
• Experience translating complex data into sound, clear advice.
• Ability to act as a true independent business partner.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team: from strategy to implementation, setting objectives.
• Managing the team of 3 FTEs who are product experts.
• Improve processes, reporting, and develop finance talents in the team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify priorities and strategic challenges.
• Provide valuable financial insights and reliable reports.
• Report, understand and control drivers generating value and supporting targets.
• Provide high-quality and accurate financial advice.
