CoAd seeks a Director of Learning and Development to build and lead an enterprise learning program for ~800 employees across PEO, payroll, agency, and HCM services. The role reports to the CHRO and unifies training into a scalable approach supporting leadership, onboarding, and technical training.

The Director will design priority programs, set standards, manage budgets, and partner with leaders to connect learning to service quality and career growth. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Formación

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or a related discipline, including at least three years leading teams or cross‑functional learning programs.
• Experience spanning leadership development and technical or operational training, with the ability to translate complex processes into practical learning.
• Experience establishing learning governance, managing learning technology and vendors, and measuring business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute enterprise learning strategy and program development aligned to business goals.
• Oversee technical and operational training across payroll, service, implementation, sales, product, technology, and other functions.
• Lead leadership development and career growth initiatives; translate talent insights into development opportunities.
• Create consistent onboarding and blended learning delivery; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and HR.
• Evaluate and improve learning technology, content libraries, and vendors; drive AI-enabled learning initiatives.
