Job summary

Group-IB is seeking a Product Leader to own the Cyber Intelligence portfolio, shaping strategy and leading the Product Management team. You will partner with the Chief Product Officer to align product-line priorities with company objectives and customer value.

You will translate OKRs into roadmaps, manage investments, and drive discovery, pricing, and packaging across geographies (EMEA - APAC). You will coach PMs and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a product line or portfolio.
Ability to translate company strategy into product priorities.
Strong discovery discipline and decision evidence.
Pricing, packaging, and renewal pricing experience.
Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Domain experience in cyber threat intelligence or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain 2–3 year vision and 12-month roadmap for the product line.
Define evidence standards and oversee PM-led discovery across the line.
Own pricing architecture and packaging strategy for sellable products.
Directly manage Product Managers; coach and develop talent.
Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to align product and go-to-market.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure customer value and business impact.
