Job summary

IFS builds enterprise software and seeks an experienced Product Operations/Portfolio Manager to shape AI-enabled product strategy across multiple teams. You will turn complex prioritization into clear data-driven decisions, enabling faster, better outcomes.

You’ll prototype and deploy AI agents, workflows and self-serve tools, report to Product & Technology Strategy & Planning, and partner with engineering. Location can be UK, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, or Sri Lanka.

Qualifications

• Background in portfolio management, product operations or related role.
• Financial fluency: ROI and benefits realisation.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear data-driven options.
• Experience with AI tools to improve analysis and decision-making.
