Job summary

Vinted is seeking a strategic leader to head the AML & Fraud Prevention domain within Vinted Pay. You will own the product roadmap for AML/CTF, KYC and monitoring, while partnering with Compliance, Legal and Engineering to deliver automated, scalable controls.

You will build and mentor a team of Product Managers, align stakeholders across the organization, and drive our vision to mature financial crime prevention across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management with AML exposure.
• 4+ years developing people and managing teams.
• Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions and screening requirements.
• Hands-on fraud prevention experience and model/detection knowledge.
• Proven track record of launching complex products.
• Comfort operating in a regulated environment and collaborating with compliance.
• Ability to take from 0 to 1 and build useful tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AML & Fraud Prevention domain with a unified product vision and measurable outcomes.
• Own roadmaps across AML/CTF, KYC, screening, monitoring and fraud controls.
• Collaborate with MLRO, Compliance, Risk and Legal to translate obligations into requirements.
• Lead multiple priorities and provide clarity to deliver across teams.
• Use data to size risk, identify opportunities and build capabilities on time.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare for regulatory changes like EU AML package and PSD3/PSR.
• Mentor and scale a team of Product Managers; implement best practices.
