Job summary

Algoteque is seeking an AI leader who can define the strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps across product, engineering and business units. The role demands deep technical understanding and the ability to influence at senior levels while delivering tangible value.

You will shape AI initiatives, drive adoption, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and design scalable architectures and integration patterns with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic and AWS Bedrock.

Job Description

This is a strategic role for the organisation and will be responsible for shaping, driving and operationalising our AI strategy across products, engineering and business functions.

Location

The role is based in the Netherlands and candidates should be able to work regularly from our office (2d/week minimum).

Hybrid working is possible, but we are looking for someone who can be present in the office when needed and closely collaborate with leadership teams.

Form of cooperation: B2B/ permanent contract
