Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a consulting professional to build end-to-end AI agents and design RAG systems for client roles across industries. You will translate business challenges into practical AI solutions, deliver demos, and guide adoption of the Private AI platform at client sites.

The role blends client-facing advisory work with hands-on engineering and workflow automation. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with experience in Python, SQL, and modern AI tooling.

• Experience with GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering, or ability to learn them quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

• Design and implement RAG systems for reliable, context-aware AI outputs


• Advise clients throughout engagements, identify AI value opportunities, and guide adoption


• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions


• Develop and implement the Private AI platform at client organizations


• Give Private AI platform demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including government officials and healthcare professionals


• Create and optimize workflows using tools such as n8n


• Support sales through early-stage conversations and opportunity scoping


• Contribute to best practices and platform development by sharing ideas and improving architecture


• Switch between client-facing consulting and technical implementation


• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across engagements

Requirements

• Background in consultancy, data, or IT


• Experience sufficient to navigate client conversations and manage expectations


• Solid working knowledge of Python


• Familiarity with SQL


• Experience with GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering, or ability to learn them quickly


• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders


• Patience, clarity, and confidence explaining AI to people unfamiliar with the technology


• Proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to explore AI and software engineering developments


• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, switch context, and maintain an overview in fast-moving environments


• Ability to translate business questions into concrete technical solutions


• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teammates and clients


• Fluency in English and Dutch


• Nice to have: Kubernetes experience


• Nice to have: Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus)


• Nice to have: Familiarity with LLM Ops / MLOps practices


• Nice to have: Background in data engineering


• Nice to have: Experience with workflow/automation tools such as n8n


• Must be able to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available
