Job summary

Flink SE Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on team leader to steer on-site operations, guide orderpickers and riders, and ensure service, productivity and safety during shifts.

With 24+ hours a week, evenings and weekends, you’ll be the right hand of the branch manager, enjoy development opportunities, and benefit from a 20% Flink groceries discount. Salary €2400-€2550 monthly, plus growth prospects.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people and are the point of contact for the team.
• You are hands on and love working in operations.
• You stay calm and motivate your team every day.
• Some managerial experience preferred in logistics, retail and/or catering.
• Available for at least 24 hours per week.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• A degree is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• You are a hands-on teamlead who leads by example and guides orderpickers and riders.
• In addition to the operational work, you are responsible for service, productivity and safety during your shift.
• Contribute to the common goal: the delivery of orders within minutes.
• You will be the right hand of the branch manager.
