Job summary

Flink SE in the Netherlands seeks a hands-on team leader to oversee on-site operations, keep customers and staff satisfied, and drive timely order delivery. The role offers a salary of €2,400–€2,550 per month and growth opportunities within a scale-up environment.

As a hands-on supervisor, you guide orderpickers and riders, ensure safety and productivity, and report to the branch manager. Evening and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people.
• You are hands on, and love working in the operations.
• You always remain calm and can motivate your team daily.
• You have some managerial experience in logistics, retail and/or catering.
• You are available for at least 24 hours.
• You are willing to work evenings and weekends.
• A degree is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide orderpickers and riders.
• Oversee service, productivity and safety during your shift.
• Contribute to the delivery of orders within minutes.
• Be the right hand of the branch manager.
• Involved in leading others and onboarding.
