Job summary

Flink SE in Rotterdam is seeking a hands-on team leader to supervise orderpickers and riders during your shift. You ensure service, productivity and safety while delivering orders quickly.

You will be the right hand of the branch manager with growth opportunities to Branch Manager or a role at Flink Head Office. Salary is €2400–€2550 per month for 40 hours, with evenings and weekends required and a 20% discount on Flink groceries.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people - you are the point of contact for the team.
• You are hands on, and love working in the operations.
• You always remain calm, and you have the ability to stimulate and motivate your team every day.
• You already have some managerial experience, preferably experience in the logistics, retail and/or catering sector.
• You are available for at least 24hours.
• You are willing to work evenings and weekends.
• A degree is not necessary.
