Job summary

3devo B.V. is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Production team in the Netherlands.

We design and build plastic recycling and filament-processing technology in-house, and your work will help ensure high quality, safe, and functional assemblies leaving the workshop. You will assemble components, test products, and collaborate with engineering and logistics while adopting AI-assisted tools and on-site processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, practical, and structured approach to work.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Experience in assembly or a technical field is a plus.
• Energetic, passionate team player willing to contribute across roles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Test and inspect assemblies for accuracy and performance in an ESD-safe area.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during assembly.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve build processes.
• Support logistics and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Use day-to-day computer systems, including AI-assisted tools.
