Job description

We are looking for a hands‑on Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be directly assembling game‑changing, high‑quality products that are pushing the engineering limits of unmanned systems.

You will assemble precision sheet‑metal structures, integrate mechanical and electromechanical systems, and ensure every product meets the highest standards of reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble sheet‑metal parts into strong and precise structural frames.
  • Perform mechanical operations such as drilling, tapping, riveting, and fastening.
  • Prepare step‑by‑step assembly manuals with photos or diagrams.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and specifications.
  • Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly workflows.
  • Support the integration of electromechanical systems such as sensors and various PCB’s and wiring into assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly or workshop environments.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical tolerances and alignment.
  • Good technical documentation skills (writing and illustrating assembly instructions).
  • Hands‑on experience with workshop tools and measurement instruments.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
