Job summary

INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery offers a Guest Relations Trainee internship in Amsterdam. You will work with the Front Office team to welcome guests, assist with reservations, and help ensure every stay is memorable.

You must be enrolled in a Hotel Management program, able to work 38 hours per week for at least 5 months starting August/September 2026, and have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus). Training across departments and Opera Cloud experience will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist Front Office team during shifts.
• Handle reservations and support daily administrative tasks.
• Ensure guest safety and smooth check-ins/outs.
