INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery is offering a Housekeeping Management Trainee internship. You will support schedules, assign room lists to attendants and help with ordering supplies, blending administration with hands-on operations to keep the hotel pristine.

You’ll lead a large team, develop leadership and communication skills, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate tasks. The role is ideal for someone studying hospitality management who wants real on-site experience in a luxury

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in hospitality management (MBO or HBO).
• Available for at least 5 months starting from August/September.
• Inquisitive and consistent in your approach.
• Available for 30-38 hours per week.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Thrive in a diverse and inclusive team.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and assign room lists to attendants.
• Order supplies and support administrative tasks.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with ad hoc duties.
• Lead a large team and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate task status.
• Develop leadership and management skills during the internship.
