Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam invites an Internship Guest Relations candidate to join NH City Centre Amsterdam. You will be the main host for guests, ensuring a personal and welcoming experience, and you’ll support event contacts to create memorable stays.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for guests, especially VIPs and event contacts.
• Act as a link between departments to surprise and delight guests.
• Contribute ideas, improve daily processes, and maintain hotel presentation.
• Give hotel tours, handle guest feedback and complaints, and share city knowledge.
