NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace invites a Guest Relations Intern to join our team. You will welcome guests, support the guest journey from arrival to departure, and work with hotel colleagues to deliver exceptional service in an iconic Amsterdam setting.

You must be enrolled in an educational program, be fluent in English, and eager to learn. We offer a €750 gross monthly internship allowance, training through Minor Hotels University Northern Europe, and employee rates across Minor

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, paying particular attention to VIP guests and special occasions.
• Build genuine connections with guests and identify thoughtful ways to personalise their experience.
• Serve as an important link between guests and hotel departments, ensuring requests are handled smoothly and efficiently.
• Share your knowledge of the hotel, Amsterdam, and local attractions to help guests make the most of their stay.
• Conduct hotel tours for prospective guests, partners, and event organisers.
• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and support the team in finding appropriate solutions.
• Bring forward creative ideas and identify opportunities to make every guest experience even more memorable.
