Rosewood Amsterdam seeks a Security Officer to protect guests, associates, visitors and hotel assets while delivering the renowned Rosewood hospitality. You will patrol, monitor operations, assist international guests and respond to emergencies with discretion.

Qualifications

Valid MBO Level 2 Security Officer qualification or equivalent.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in security, hospitality, or luxury customer-facing environments.
Professional, approachable, service-oriented attitude with discretion.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through proactive monitoring and patrols.
Conduct regular security and safety inspections and report findings.
Welcome and assist guests professionally while upholding Rosewood standards.
Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, appropriate action.
Prepare accurate incident reports and coordinate with teams and emergency services.
