Zoku is a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for a few days to a few months. As a Reservations Coordinator you are the primary contact for future residents, handling all communications via phone and email from our Amsterdam Support Office and driving bookings with a service mindset.

You will engage with residents, partners, and bookers across all Zoku locations, report to the Reservations Manager, and contribute to revenue optimization while maintaining exceptional guest

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations/reception or a service-oriented role.
• Fluent in English; other languages (French, German, Dutch) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations via phone and email from the Support Office in Amsterdam.
• Drive sales by converting inquiries into bookings.
• Communicate with corporate bookers and guide Reservations interns.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers.
