The Hoxton, Amsterdam seeks an experienced Guest Service Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver memorable experiences for guests along their stay, from arrival to checkout. Qualifications

• Hotel or leisure-related experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and inspire staff.
• Strong guest service ethos with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations (AM/PM shifts) and lead receptionists to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Inspire and support the team, ensuring top service and clarity in escalations.
• Assist in rate integrity, overbooking control, and maintaining a full, hospitable house.
• Ensure smooth operations and quick problem solving with the team.
