Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is offering a Guest Experience Intern role through Hosco in Amsterdam. You will divide time between Front Office and Guest Relations to gain hands-on experience across guest journey stages in a luxury hotel setting.

The internship includes an allowance of €750 gross per month based on 38 hours per week, with possible travel allowance and staff meals. We value development within the Accor network and provide cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a hospitality related study.
• You are available for a minimum of five months.
• You speak English fluently.
• You are flexible, motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Split time between Front Office and Guest Relations to learn daily operations of both departments.
• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with departures, respond to guest requests, and handle guest interactions.
• Personalise guest stays, support VIP arrivals, anticipate guest needs and contribute to memorable moments.
• Learn about room categories, upgrades, and commercial opportunities while maintaining luxury service standards.
