Job summary

ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera in Amsterdam welcomes guests as a Team Member Host to the Front Office and supports Food & Beverage operations. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and be the main contact during their stay.

You will work mornings, evenings and weekends with shifts starting as early as 07:00 and ending by 23:00. The role offers an informal, friendly environment and growth opportunities within Accor’s global hotel group.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience or strong hospitality-orientated mindset
• Willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Flexible to adapt to shift patterns and guest needs

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Providing guests with information about the hotel and the local area
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests during their stay
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B and Technical Services
• Supporting Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service and bar shifts
• Handling guest questions and requests in a professional and friendly manner
