DoiT seeks a GTM Systems Engineer to own the integrated CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and related tools within the Enterprise Systems team. This remote, full-time role welcomes candidates in the Netherlands and several other regions.

You will translate business requests into system changes, design data flows across Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub CPQ and integrations, and build automation to reduce manual work while maintaining data quality.

Competenze

3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model).
Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs; able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript.

Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools share data.
Turn requests into problems: ask business what they are solving, propose options and explain trade-offs.
Remove recurring manual work: automate or provide self-service tools for business users.

Keep the data model lean and trustworthy: retire unused fields and enforce data quality at entry.
Keep integrations reliable: prefer native connectors, monitor errors, and ensure sandbox/production parity.
