GitLab is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to build high-impact GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This individual-contributor role partners with leaders to manage searches from intake through close, building inclusive pipelines and using data and market insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including offers and compensation discussions.
• Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience or strong interest in learning GTM segments, quotas, and OTE.
• Developing advisor skills: stakeholder trust and influencing without authority.
• Diversity-focused sourcing strategies and balanced pipelines.
• Data-informed approach turning funnel insights into action.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across time zones with clear communication.
• Experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and similar platforms; ability to evaluate AI-generated work.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle searches for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS) with multiple requisitions.
• Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align scope, territory, quota, ramp, and interview plans.
• Partner with teams on structured interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback.
• Use market data, compensation benchmarks, and funnel metrics to shape search strategies.
• Assess candidates for track record, quota attainment, and relevant experience.
• Develop diverse sourcing plans balancing applicants, referrals, and internal talent.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and transparent offer negotiations.
