Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to manage paid media campaigns for multiple client accounts. You will own execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis across Meta, TikTok, and Google, collaborating with creative strategists and growth managers to translate data into growth strategies.

The role is fully remote, international, with compensation based on location. You will work with proprietary tech to identify opportunities and drive measurable client outcomes,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in paid media or user acquisition
• Experience with Meta advertising essential
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, including setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, rotation, and optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts with focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention and other performance indicators.
• Analyze performance and diagnose changes due to creative fatigue, audience shifts, attribution, or market factors.
• Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets, and campaign structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and campaign performance for client acquisition programs.
• Maintain account hygiene with naming conventions, UTM integrity, QA checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to tie creative insights to media decisions.
• Leverage proprietary technology and data to identify growth opportunities and scale budgets.
• Prepare clear performance insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate performance and growth opportunities in meetings.
