Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an exceptional Head of Strategy and Operations - Growth to join our senior leadership and shape the company\'s strategic agenda across growth initiatives, governance and cross-functional execution. Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business partnering with demonstrable impact.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, comfortable with OKRs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Expertise in process design, governance, and organisational effectiveness.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build relationships at C-level without direct authority.
• Track record of diagnosing and solving cross-functional bottlenecks.
• Experience in high-growth, technology, or marketplace businesses highly desirable.
• Consultancy background preferred; PMO or transformation experience beneficial.
• Self-starter guided by company priorities, not local agendas.
• Comfortable navigating between strategic and tactical; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full strategic planning cycle: discussions, prioritisation, OKR definition and budget allocation.
• Own company-wide governance, communication, and alignment, avoiding duplication and overhead.
• Identify red flags early, remove cross-functional bottlenecks, and unblock teams to accelerate execution.
• Design and evolve the management model, rituals, and processes as the company scales.
• Act as Chief of Staff to C-level stakeholders, influencing decisions and priorities with insight.
• Provide end-to-end visibility to the CEO on where attention is needed.
• Translate complex cross-functional challenges into clear, actionable frameworks.
