• Comfort with OKRs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full strategic planning cycle from discussions to prioritisation and budget allocation.
• Own company-wide governance, communication, and alignment to remove duplication.
• Identify red flags early, unblock teams, and accelerate execution.
• Design and evolve the management model, rituals, and processes as the company scales.
• Act as Chief of Staff to C-level stakeholders, influencing decisions with context.
• Provide end-to-end visibility to the CEO on strategic attention needs.
• Translate cross-functional challenges into clear, actionable frameworks.
