Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Growth, Revenue Management or Business Performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working in complex international environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Proven track record identifying growth opportunities through data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Own reporting and performance tracking across key commercial steering metrics.
- Analyse trends, anomalies and performance shifts.
- Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Build clear narratives around commercial performance.
- Influence strategic decisions through performance insights.
- Support leadership in prioritising growth opportunities.
- Drive commercial agility through proactive recommendations.
- Help define and measure DPE's contribution to company-wide goals.
- Coach and mentor colleagues in analytical excellence.
- Lead complex global initiatives from concept to implementation.
