Job summary

S360 is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to own a portfolio of clients and shape growth across digital disciplines. You will connect business goals with media planning and day-to-day collaboration to deliver clear direction, stronger performance, and actionable recommendations.

You will lead cross-channel strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate specialists across channels to drive momentum and growth for demanding clients in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Industry & client experience: 3–4 years in an agency, digital marketing consulting, eCommerce, or retail with direct client responsibility.
• Cross-channel expertise across Social, Search, Programmatic, SEO, GEO, and Email to drive growth.
• Strategic and budget planning: turning strategies into clear plans and budget direction.

Responsibilities

• Own a client portfolio, including budgets and the commercial relationship.
• Act as a strategic advisor across digital marketing, loyalty, communication, tech, and data.
• Build digital and media strategies and translate them into priorities and budgets.
• Coordinate specialists across channels to align strategy and execution.
• Lead complex client projects with multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum.
• Turn performance data into actionable insights to help clients grow.
