Job summary

R2 is seeking a New Business Director (IC6) to own the launch of the Netherlands market and drive growth across Europe. You will manage strategic partnerships, lead business development, and coordinate with Product, Legal, Risk, Data, and Finance to deliver a successful, compliant launch.

English is required; Dutch preferred and authorship with regulators is likely. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with launch partners and external advisors to accelerate market

Qualifications

Senior operator with a strong blend of strategy and execution.
8+ years of experience in high-growth fintech or tech environments.
Experience in payments, lending, embedded finance or fintech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Unite and manage relationships with strategic partners and regulators to grow the Netherlands operation.
Own the launch of the Netherlands market and scale across Europe with cross-functional teams.
Lead business development, strategic partnerships and new growth opportunities.
Define growth targets, measure platform metrics, and drive execution with Product, Risk, and Finance.
Represent R2 at fintech events and build a strong regional partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with launch partners and external advisors to ensure timely launches.
