As our next Growth Marketing Director, you'll own the full stack — creative strategy, media buying, funnel optimization, tracking, and reporting — working closely with Sales under clear SLAs to turn cold traffic into qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B, pipeline-driven results.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, including managing $100K+ monthly budgets.
• Track record producing or directing high-performing video ads, with CRO expertise and tracking.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with $100K+ monthly budgets.
• Lead creative strategy end-to-end: generate, validate, and test ad concepts; build a performance portfolio; optimize hooks and scroll-stopping moments.
• Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff; define lead qualification criteria and speed-to-lead SLAs with Sales.
• Build reliable multi-touch attribution and reporting infrastructure across channels.
• Hire and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners.
