Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a senior leader to act as the commercial engine for one of our largest Tech client verticals. You will bridge the gap between complex Paid Media strategies and ambitious growth goals, driving a 20% YoY growth and serving as the client’s senior partner within a global agency environment.

You will orchestrate a Trio of Account, Program, and Strategy to deliver commercial outcomes. A strong media pedigree, agency experience, and a confident, collaborative mindset are essential to

Qualifications

• Must have deep understanding of integrated Paid Media (Social, Programmatic, Search).
• Experience managing multi-workstream accounts in a global agency or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business partner for the client, building trust-based relationships at the senior level.
• Drive a 20% YoY growth target by identifying commercial opportunities in Paid Media, Social Organic, LLM, and Influencer strategy.
• Lead the Trio (Account, Program, Strategy) to ensure delivery matches client expectations.
• Challenge the client and internal teams with Growth Invention ideas for strategic impact.
• Own the P&L, SOWs, and profitability for the Business Group.
