HelloFresh's Factor Europe marketing team in Amsterdam seeks a data-savvy analyst-builder who crafts dashboards, AI-powered tools, and data pipelines to enable smarter decision-making. You will own the development lifecycle, from data models to live apps, while partnering with the Berlin data/BI team and CMO.

With 3+ years in analytics/BI and a strong SQL/AB testing background, you will turn insights into concrete recommendations and help design better experiments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (business, engineering, statistics) or equivalent.
• 3+ years in analytics/BI/data science driving business impact with data, preferably in marketing/e‑commerce.
• Strong SQL, statistical analyses (A/B testing, regression), and experience with visualization tools (Tableau).
• Hands-on AI experience using LLMs and AI coding tools.
• Version control, documentation, testing and programming beyond SQL (e.g., Python) to troubleshoot and scale.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards and data pipelines.
• Design, ship and maintain internal tools, apps and models with LLMs and AI coding tools for the marketing team.
• Spot slow or broken processes and fix them with data and automation.
• Run analyses on acquisition, retention, and paid media performance; translate results into recommendations.
• Evaluate A/B tests and help design better ones.
• Act as gateway to global data/BI team in Berlin; learn their tables/tools/roadmap and bring developments into Factor.
• Share learnings with other analysts across the group.
