Job summary

HelloFresh's Factor Europe unit seeks a Director of Product to own the full product vision and execution across five European markets. You will lead a multi-layered team of 10, sit on the Factor Europe leadership team, and work closely with the CMO to align product and marketing efforts.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, requiring data-driven decision making, rigorous discovery, and a focus on scaling a unified product proposition across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Product, Strategy, or a closely related commercial leadership role; 3+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in D2C subscription businesses — retention, lifecycle, and recurring revenue models.
• Multi-market European experience and an understanding of consumer preferences across Europe.
• Experience in physical products or FMCG, especially food & beverage.
• Track record of scaling a product in a new market and finding product-market fit.
• Strong preference for international collaboration across markets.
