Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics in a product-led digital business such as a marketplace or e-commerce.
• Expert SQL (nested structures, window functions, query optimisation) and Python for analysis, modelling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, BigQuery, AWS or equivalent; familiarity with dbt, Airflow or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools and Google Analytics 4.
• Solid grasp of marketplace revenue drivers: monetisation, funnel economics, CLV and acquisition vs. retention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, commercial leads and marketers to understand goals and translate them into an analytical agenda.
• Spot opportunities and risks in conversion, monetisation, and buyer behaviour.
• Build dashboards and reports centered on KPIs for revenue, retention and growth; decide on dashboards, analyses or experiments as needed.
• Work with TB-scale datasets in SQL, Python and Databricks to extract signal from noise and measure incremental impact and CLV.
• Communicate findings to influence decisions from squad reviews to leadership strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with data, product and engineering to improve data quality, tracking, and metric definitions so stakeholders trust numbers.
