Job summary

Jobgether partner company in the Netherlands is seeking a junior Graphic Designer to join a monetisation-focused design team. You will create high-quality visuals for paywalls, upsells, promotional banners, emails, and app store experiences, collaborating with a senior designer and product marketing to support growth experiments.

You will use Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop vector illustrations, banners, and Lottie animations while maintaining the established design system and

Qualifications

• Junior-level commercial graphic design experience with portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong vector illustration ability.
• Understanding of colour theory, layout and hierarchy.
• Experience using AI tools for asset generation.
• Ability to take feedback and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality monetisation graphics for paywalls and banners.
• Develop vector illustrations and UI graphics within the design system.
• Prepare app store promo assets and localized variants.
• Create Lottie animations for funnels.
• Maintain visual consistency across monetisation materials.
• Collaborate with senior designer and product marketing stakeholders.
• Iterate designs to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Keep source files organised and well-handed off.
