Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) to own CRM-led monetization initiatives across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to win-back. You will design segmentation, run hands-on campaigns at scale, and build an AB testing framework to optimise performance.

You will collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product and Engineering to drive revenue growth and customer value in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional CRM experience focusing on monetization and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong monetization mindset with ability to drive revenue and customer value.
• Proven experience managing customer lifecycle strategies and revenue-driven initiatives.
• Technical expertise with CRM platforms; Braze and/or Customer.io preferred.
• Ability to configure automations, campaigns, and workflows at scale.
• Strong analytical skills to base decisions on data and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM monetization initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Design, optimize, and manage customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, engagement, retention and win-back.
• Hands-on management of high-volume campaigns with accurate, timely execution.
• Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and testing strategies with continuous optimization.
• Build and maintain an A/B testing framework to evaluate hypotheses.
• Monitor CRM performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Oversee CRM setup including automation, workflows, integrations and deliverability.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product and Engineering to align CRM with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys, processes, and monetization performance.
