In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into effective customer journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, a solid understanding of the Microsoft stack, and is fluent in Dutch and English. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with Azure, Logic Apps, or ERP integrations is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into D365 configurations.
• Act as the functional expert for stakeholders.
• Review and test new functionalities for quality assurance.
• Analyze technical and functional bottlenecks for resolution.
