Nigel Frank International is seeking a Senior D365 Customer Engagement Developer for a fully remote role within the Netherlands. You will take technical ownership, shape enterprise CRM solutions, and drive architecture across large international projects.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Proven experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Web APIs, and integration patterns.
• Solid Power Platform expertise: Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, PCF controls.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related cloud components.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, FetchXML, and data modelling in Dataverse.
• Comfortable working in English within international delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across Dynamics 365 CE modules using C#, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Design and deliver scalable, high-quality CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Architect integrations using Azure Services, API frameworks, and best-practice patterns.
• Oversee solution design, customisation, plug-ins, workflows, and automation.
• Manage release pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Coordinate ISV solutions, system extensions, and integration partners.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and adherence to best practices.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor within the Microsoft Business Applications team.
