Job summary

CMO Owls is seeking a growth marketer to own the full growth funnel for our Amsterdam-based operation, with remote options in the Netherlands. This is a hands-on builder-and-operator role focused on acquiring customers, not just running campaigns.

You will identify repeatable channels, drive metrics like CAC and conversion rates, and run experiments across paid, organic and lifecycle channels using HubSpot and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on growth marketing experience.
• Real experience running and owning acquisition channels end to end.
• Comfortable moving fast on incomplete data and iterating from real results.
• A builder mentality — you would rather ship an imperfect test than wait for a perfect plan.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate one or two repeatable acquisition channels within your first 60 days.
• Own the full funnel: awareness through signup through activated customer.
• Define and drive the growth scorecard — CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI.
• Run real growth experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Build directly in our marketing stack (HubSpot, analytics, ad platforms).
