Job summary

Monday Merch, one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketeer to join the growth team in Rotterdam. You own most paid search accounts, collaborate with a freelance specialist, and work daily with the founder and the team to scale profitable acquisition.

You will own tracking, landing pages, ad copy across languages, and testing with UI/UX and content colleagues. Expect a fast-paced role with real ownership and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on in SEA or performance marketing, on accounts of €50k+ per month.
• Structured way of working.
• AI-pilled: eager to try new ideas and work with AI.
• Clear English communication; Dutch plus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own in-house paid acquisition across main markets and coordinate with freelancers.
• Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for ~70% of the budget and optimize weekly.
• Own tracking and attribution across GA4, CRM and feeds; ensure data integrity.
• Develop and test ad copy and assets across languages with native speakers as needed.
