Job summary

Sam Media is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead display advertising and data-driven optimization for markets in Amsterdam and collaboration with teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will own display campaigns, create banners, and drive revenue growth through analytics and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires deep Google Ads experience, data-minded decision making, and willingness to test new verticals while coordinating with multiple departments to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Google Ads (display) experience.
• Ability to segment large data sets and optimize campaigns.
• Experience in the mVAS industry or subscription-based models.
• Experience with other marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, GMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own creation, implementation, and optimization of all display activity for markets to drive revenue.
• Create banners and publish campaigns; manage Google Ads campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Design, Data & Tech to bring campaigns to life and develop country marketing strategies.
• Test new verticals and funnels; explain actions to Country Focus teams.
