Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Groups, Meetings and Events Intern in the Netherlands to assist with planning and coordination of group bookings, meetings and events. You will prepare proposals, update systems, and help with event logistics, gaining exposure to both sales and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, group stays, and events.
• Support daily administrative tasks and client communication.
• Manage event enquiries and assist with proposals and follow-ups.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Coordinate group bookings and event details across departments.
• Maintain accurate records and systems related to bookings and events.
• Contribute to a seamless and high-quality client experience.
• Support event operations on site when required.

This internship starts in August 2026 and offers a full-time learning experience for 5 to 10 months, aligned with your study requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree programme, preferably in hotel, hospitality, or a related field


• Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken


• Strong administrative and coordination skills


• Available for a full-time internship of up to 38 hours per week for at least 6 months


• You remain enrolled at your university for the full duration of the internship


• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
